Exclusive use of 8400 square foot pavilion, 2 acre pond, designated ceremony areas, and the cottages for 10 hours from (hours can be adjusted). 1) Includes separate cottages for the bridal and grooms party to get ready 2) Venue Manager 3) Rehearsal time (1 hour) additional hours available upon request. 4) Ceremony chairs and tables for 250 guests 5) Hi-top cocktail tables and seating for cocktail hour 6) Grazing tray for bridal and grooms party while getting ready. 7) Day of staff - Parking attendants for over 150 guests, venue manager, setup/breakdown crew. 8) Light cocktails/beverages for bridal and grooms party 9) Use of bar for open or paid bar services with the venue or Burly Bartender Corporation 10) Choice of 5+ arbors 11) Limo golf cart to transport guests and the bridal party 12) 5+ Ceremony locations
