Insurance & Venue Policies
Everything you need to know to help ensure a smooth, safe, and well-coordinated event at Pinehill Pavilion.




Event Insurance Requirements
All events are required to provide a valid certificate of event liability insurance for their event date at Pinehill Pavilion.
Pinehill must be listed as additionally insured & the COI must be provided to Pinehill no later than the 30 day mark.
You’re welcome to choose any insurance provider you prefer. For your convenience, we’ve listed a few recommended options below.
Venue Policies

No smoking inside cottages or buildings

No sparklers or open flame candles

Outside alcohol is not permitted - all beverages must go through Burly Bartender.

Certified wedding planner is required

Vendor insurance required for catering, DJ, videographer, decorator

Event access begins at contracted rental time only

Each venue payment made with a debit/credit card will incur a 3.8% fee
-
All payments due by the 30 day mark
