Gina Hill
Owner
Gina has lived in North Carolina for over 30 years. Retiring early from the grading business she built with her business partner was just not fulfilling enough. She decided to build a wedding venue on family land. The land is close to the Raleigh area but had a wonderfully secluded feel.
Gina's daughter, Brooke helped make this venue a reality and have made this family business her career. For Gina, this is her dream job! Working with her daughter is just icing on the cake.

Brooke has been with Pinehill Pavilion since opening day, bringing a passion for planning, organizing, and design to every event. With a background rooted in hospitality and event coordination, she enjoys turning ideas into beautifully executed, stress-free celebrations.
She works closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or special occasion. Brooke is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that guests will remember long after the event ends.

Office Manager
Maddy is the Office Manager at Pinehill Pavilion, serving as the primary point of contact for couples and clients throughout their planning journey. A Raleigh-area native, she brings a strong background in hospitality and a passion for creating seamless, memorable experiences.
She is dedicated to guiding clients from their very first inquiry through the planning process, ensuring clear communication, thoughtful support, and a welcoming experience at every step!

Franklin is one of the Venue Coordinators and exclusive wedding planners at Pinehill Pavilion. He began by planning weddings for friends and family, which quickly grew into a professional passion and a certified career in wedding planning.
He enjoys connecting with couples and bringing their wedding visions to life, guiding them through the planning process with creativity, organization, and care!
