At Pinehill Pavilion, we understand how important it is to have a meaningful space to come together, share memories, and honor a loved one. Our property offers a peaceful, private setting surrounded by nature - perfect for celebrating life in a personal and comforting way.

What's Included?

  • $5,600

  • 5 hours of venue access (cottages are not included)

  • Chairs & tables up to 100 guests ($40 per additional guest)

  • Hi-top cocktail tables & outdoor seating

  • Simple tabletop decor (centerpieces) & fitted linens (black or white)

  • Choice of available arbors for a tribute display

  • Bluetooth speaker & mic for your use (Venue does not provide music or MC services)

  • A grazing table with simple snacks like (crackers and cheese, fruits, dips, etc)

  • Disposable silverware and plates

  • 4 beers and 2 wines (pre-stocked, client does not get to select), water, lemonade, Coke or Pepsi (3 hours of alcohol service no matter)

  • Day of venue manager

  • Setup/breakdown crew, bar staff

  • Limo golf cart to transport guests
